Sisal baling twine 370

We offer two types of agricultural sisal twine type 370 for low-density balers:

•  the untreated rodent-repellent twine

•  the treated, rodent-repellent and oiled twine

Treated Agricultural Sisal Twine Type 370 for low-density balers.

Tips: 

• Equivalencies: agricultural sisal twine is thicker than agricultural plastic twine
• Storage: stand the twine upright on a pallet in the correct orientation and do not drop it to avoid abrasion.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from dust and moisture
• To ensure the baling machine works properly, clean the knotters regularly. This helps prevent dust and oil residue from building up and clogging the knotting mechanism.
• Agricultural sisal twine type 370 is slightly finer than types 350, 330 and 300! An adjustment may be all that is needed.
• Check the diameter and height of your compartments. If the roll of twine is thicker, some twine will need to be removed to make it fit.
• On a low-density baler, sisal and plastic twine work differently. The knife must be perfectly aligned and in contact with the knotter disc, and the notch in the knotter disc must not be worn.
• Low-density balers were not designed to operate with synthetic twine.

• Some balers will accept this sisal twine with adjustments.
