Our conveyor net improves safety on production lines by retaining loads in case of a fall. It reduces the risk of accidents and product damage.
It can be installed vertically like a guardrail or horizontally like a fall protection net.

What dimensions should you order?

In some cases, it may be more practical to divide the net into several sections to facilitate access to the conveyor during maintenance operations.

• Vertical net (on the sides of the conveyor):
  - To prevent tipping, the net must be higher than the goods it protects
  - For effective protection, the net must be tensioned. It is recommended to choose a net with the same length and width as the surface it protects.
  
  
• Horizontal net (under the conveyor):
  - To properly absorb the goods in case of a fall and avoid any rebound effect, the net must be 15% wider than the surface it protects.
  - The net must be tensioned along its length
  
  

Which mesh size should you choose?

The choice of mesh depends on the volume and weight of your goods. If the nature of your products varies greatly, the mesh size should be chosen according to the maximum weight.
