We answer you
A rate of 10 to 15% is applied between the attachment structure and the size of the net. The dimensions of standard catamaran models are supplied by the shipyards.
The rate we applied depends on the type of installer.
A net intended for professional installers will be shorter. It will be more difficult to install but will result in a tighter fit.
A net intended for private individuals will be slightly longer. It will be easier to install but slightly less taut.
Catamaran nets can be woven with either polyamide or polyester fibers. Both fibers are resistant to UV rays and sea salts, making them well-suited for marine conditions.
However, polyester is more optimal as it has less elasticity and elongation compared to polyamide. Additionally, it offers better stability against weather fluctuations and humidity.
When wet, polyamide has the disadvantage of stretching and losing more than 30% of its strength.
The 30mm mesh is ideal as it is tight for comfort and wide enough not to affect your catamaran when the sea is rough.
