Payment accepted: Your order is prepared and shipped within one business day.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer: Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Payment error: Your order has not been taken into account / the amount will not be charged to your credit card. We recommend that you try again with the same or another card if you have the opportunity.
In the event that we are unable to deliver your order immediately due to an error in the physical stock, several options will be offered:
- An immediate refund
- A proposal for a later delivery date (upon receipt of the item)
- Another reference that could be suitable for you
Your packages are shipped within 1 working day and delivered 24-48h depending on your location, after receipt of payment. They are shipped via our carriers with a tracking number and delivered with and/or without signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is filmed and placed on pallets if necessary. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The delivery time depends on the payment method you have chosen:
Credit card :

Cheque and Bank Transfer:
- Shipping as soon as we receive your payment. Delivery possible within 24/72h working day
If you have ordered additional products and you wish to receive merchandise before the custom order, please place a second order, in order to be delivered within 72 working hours.
Custom nets: Average time between 15 and 20 days.
Customized agrès and splices: Average time between 5 and 10 days.
In the event of an abnormal delay in the delivery of your order, please notify us immediately. This is probably a problem related to the transport company, a delay beyond our control.
