Cotton piping cord:
100% cotton braided rope with a parallel inner core, soft and pleasant to the touch. Can be dyed. Please note: slight color variations may occur between the inner core and the outer sheath. The core can be brushed to create a fringed finish at the end of the rope.
- Recommended diameters: 10 mm for children, 12 mm / 14 mm for adults.
- Recommended length: for a belt: waist circumference + (belt height down to mid-calf × 2). This ensures a right length once the rope is folded in two.
Linen twine:
For traditional elements such as rami, berimbau string, gourd, and wire, our linen twine provides authenticity and strength.
- Recommended diameters: Polished linen twine – 2.2 mm or 3 mm • Colored artisanal polished linen twine – 1.8 mm
